PURPOSE: A seismic isolation system which answers to an earthquake of magnitude more than a constant seismic intensity is provided not to answer to the occurrence of an earthquake causing a seismic intensity of a constant magnitude or less and to protect equipment and facilities from an earthquake by horizontally displacing if an earthquake whose intensity is higher than the constant magnitude occurs.;CONSTITUTION: A seismic isolation system which answers to an earthquake of magnitude more than a constant seismic intensity comprises: a bottom plate(100) which is installed in a base and comprises a plurality of lower moving parts(110); a top plate(200) wherein a plurality of upper moving parts(210) corresponding to the lower moving parts of the bottom plate is installed; a steel ball(300) which is included in the lower and upper moving parts and moves the lower and upper moving parts with separating with a constant interval; a forward-moving prevention part(400) which comprises a moving prevention ball, an elastic supporting spring, and a moving prevention groove(401).
