PURPOSE: A method and a system of the real time broadcasting to the terminal via a branch broadcasting line of an apartment or building by an IPTV enterpriser or broadcasting program provider are provided to improve the overload of a network of a main head-end system resulting from a real-time streaming by transmitting contents to the Internet data network from a main head-end system of an IPTV provider to a broadcasting relay transmission server of the apartment. CONSTITUTION: A main head-end system transmits broadcasting contents to a broadcasting relay transmission server, and the broadcasting relay transmission server encodes appointed stream data into an MPEG-2, H.264 of an inter broadcasting network of an apartment after a decoding operation. The broadcasting relay transmission server transmits the digital broadcasting transmission standard profile to an individual broadcasting receiver terminal.
