PURPOSE: A method and a system for broadcasting a real time broadcast to a terminal of a broadcast receiver by an IPTV service provider or a broadcast program supplier are provided to drastically increase the efficiency of an internet data network of a broadcast receiving subscriber without applying a load to an internet network of the subscriber. CONSTITUTION: Broadcast contents are transmitted from a main head end system to a transmitting server for relaying a broadcast through an internet network. The transmitting server for relaying a broadcast decodes stream data which is received in real time and encodes the data using a digital broadcast transmission standard profile of an intra broadcast network in a house. The transmitting server for relaying a broadcast performs RF modulation using an available frequency channel to transmit the encoded file to a terminal of an individual broadcast receiver.
