PURPOSE: An injection material mixture injecting apparatus and an underground jet hole method using the same are provided to inject an injection material in the ground without the separation from the ground. CONSTITUTION: An injection material mixture injecting apparatus comprises a swivel(100), a double pipe load(200), a connection rod(300), a stirrer and a front end portion(500). The swivel is located on the top of the apparatus and has a liquid inlet port and a B liquid inlet port. The double pipe load is comprised of a transfer pipe and an outer pipe. The outer pipe is arranged outside the transfer pipe. The connection rod is screwed with the bottom of the outer tube. The stirrer is inserted into the inner side upper end of the connection rod. The front end part is screwed with the bottom part of the connection rod.
