An apparatus for testing concrete at high temperature and evaluation method of high temperature property of concrete are provided to evaluate high temperature property of concrete by transmitting heat. An apparatus for testing concrete at high temperature comprises a press die(110), furnace(120), heat transmission plate, upper loading jig(140a) lower loading jig(140b) and temperature controller. The press die has specific size. The furnace is formed at the upper side of press die in cylindrical form and has test body(200) and heating device(121). The heat transmission plate is installed inside furnace to surround the test body.. The upper jig is placed to connect to the upper side and transmit the test sample.
