An integrated performance management method per a task based on a user and a management system thereof are provided to directly connect a task with computation management, thereby easily grasping a processing state without respect to computation capability. A plurality of programs is integrated per a task unit(S10). A task mapped by activating the programs is performed(S20). Performance information of a system resource driven by each program is collected(S30). The system performance information is compared with a preset threshold value. It is determined whether work efficiency decreases(S40). A diagnosis result is expressed per a task unit by a warning message(S50).
