PURPOSE: A high-oxidation resistance Fe-based amorphous alloy composition, a Fe-based amorphous alloy powder preparing method using the composition, and Fe-based amorphous alloy powder prepared by the method are provided to produce alloy power with a grain size of 10~90μm using high-pressure nitrogen gas.;CONSTITUTION: A Fe-based amorphous alloy powder preparing method comprises the steps of: melting Fe-based alloy composition, injecting gas at 2~10 atmospheric pressure into the liquid metal, cooling and pulverizing the liquid metal to make powder, and collecting the pulverized Fe-based alloy to a collector, wherein the Fe-based alloy composition comprises C 1.2~2.2 weight%, silicon 1.0~2.0 weight%, boron 1.5~2.5 weight%, the phosphorus 2.3~3.1 weight%, chrome 6.8~14.5 weight%, molybdenum 1.6~3.3 weight%, aluminum 0.35~0.75 weight%, manganese 0.75~1.24 weight%, and the rest Fe, and the gas injection process using nitrogen gas is carried out under the atmospheric pressure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
