LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER DEVICE HAVING LOW POWER AND HIGH LINEARITY

PURPOSE: A low noise amplifier having the low power high linearity is provided to improve the linearity by negating the components which make non-linear operation at the final output terminal. CONSTITUTION: An input terminal(30) receives an input signal. An output terminal(40) outputs an output signal. An input signal processing part comprises a plurality of transistors(11, 12) consisting a common source circuit. A gate terminal of each transistor is connected to the input terminal in order to be provided with the input signal from the input terminal. An output signal processing part comprises a plurality of transistors(21, 22) consisting the common gate circuit.
