A real-estate contract arrangement service apparatus using real-estate intermediation information service and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to perform a real estate business at initial expenses by offering the real-estate intermediation information service through the mobile and online scheme. A text converting module(103) converts at least one of a real-estate certification and a confirmation document which are issued through a real estate-related information providing site into a text file. Based on the converted text file, a real-estate information analyzing module(104) generates real estate information. A safety grade determination module(106) produces the transaction safety information of a corresponding real estate based on the generated real estate information.
