A method for manufacturing a natural seasoning powder is provided to remove or reduce the fishy smell from the natural seasoning powder even if the sea food is used. A method for manufacturing a natural seasoning powder from which the fishy smell is removed comprises the steps of degrading the washed sea food with an enzyme; firstly frying the sea food, putting a kastuobushi powder to it, and secondly frying it; pulverizing the fried sea food, spice, vegetables and mushrooms, respectively; and mixing the pulverized materials and sterilizing it.
