Method and Apparatus for Numerical Analysis of Bed Elevation Change in Natural River

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for numerical analysis of a bed elevation change in a natural river are provided to accurately simulate a bed elevation change of a natural river which may happen in various conditions. CONSTITUTION: A flow line curvature calculator(11) calculates the flow line curvature of a curved water flow path, and a river bed stress direction calculator(12) calculates the river bed stress direction based on a secondary flow features. A particle transfer direction calculation unit(13) calculates the particle transfer direction reflecting a gravity effect. An equivalent simulation quantity calculator(14) calculates the equivalent simulation quantity in consideration of the gravity effect of the secondary flow. An element matrix configuration unit(15) uses an Exner equation for each element, and a river bed variation calculation unit(16) calculates the solution for the entire element matrix formula.
