A SAFETY MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT BY THE LOCATION AND THE TRACE DEDUCTION OF COAST VESSEL USING MICROWAVE BUOY AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A safety management equipment by the location and the trace deduction of a coast vessel using a microwave buoy and a method thereof are provided to prevent an accident by fining out a small ship in real time through a buoy and a triangular surveying. CONSTITUTION: A ballast lamp deducting apparatus comprises a communications unit, a communications module and a plurality of buoy(100,110,120). The communications unit is included in the ship(300). The communications module communicates with a vessel traffic service center(200). A plurality of buoys is floated a specific coordinate of a coast. The communications module is comprised of a controller, a wireless communications unit, an operation unit, and a memory unit. The controller is comprised of a microprocess or CPU. The wireless communications unit communicates with the vessel traffic service center according to a control signal of the controller. An operation unit computes the signal value transmitted from the wireless communications unit.
