PURPOSE: An apparatus for evacuating and filling environment-friendly bio-gas in an urn and an ash case processing box are provided to preserve ashes for a long time by making the inside of an urn vacuous and filling environment-friendly biogas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for evacuating and filling environment-friendly bio-gas in an urn comprises an urn main body, a sub urn, a sub urn cover, a first packing mounting groove(120), an urn cover, a ring-shaped packing(130), a through-hole(150), a lid(160), a nozzle, a first pipe flow, a second pipe flow, a first valve, and a second valve. The sub urn is mounted inside the urn main body. The first packing mounting groove is formed on the upper side of the urn main body. The urn cover comprises a second packing mounting groove. The ring-shaped packing is mounted in the first packing mounting groove and is pressed into the second mounting groove. The through-hole is formed at the lower end of the urn to make the inside of the urn vacuous. The lid is inserted into the through-hole.
