Device for controlling dance roll in bright annealing furnace

PURPOSE: To provide a device for controlling dance roll in sealing box of bright annealing furnace to prevent fracture of strip and breakdown of facility by preventing rapid fall of the dance roll when tension maintaining function of the dance roll is lost. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a movable plate(20) extendably installed on a supporting rod(10) for supporting the dance roll(110) in the sealing box(101) of the bright annealing furnace; and a buffer part comprising brackets(21) put on an upper part of the moving plate, and buffer members(22) positioned between the brackets and the movable plate with being installed on the brackets by means of elastic springs(23), wherein the device further comprises sensors installed on the brackets, and sensing elements installed on the buffer members and sensed by the sensors in case the buffer members are pressed with the sensing elements being extended by passing through the brackets, and wherein the buffer part further comprises an adjustment means comprising a driving motor(30) vertically installed on a lower part of the sealing box, a transfer screw(31) which is installed perpendicularly to a rotary shaft of the driving motor, on the outer circumferential surface of which a screw thread is formed, and female screw members(32) integrally formed on the brackets and engaged with the transfer screw to adjust a gap between the buffer members and the movable plate according to thickness of strip.
