COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM IN EACH HOUSEHOLD USING HEAT SOURCES FROM COMBINED HEAT AND POWER(CHP) AND DISTRICT HEATING

PURPOSE: An individual cooling and heating system using cogeneration or district heating heat source is provided to significantly reduce the electric charges of each household using an individual absorptive hot/cold blast fan using the hot water collected from the cogeneration. CONSTITUTION: An individual cooling and heating system using cogeneration or district heating heat source comprises a heat exchanger(1), a hot water circulating pump(2), a radiant heating coil, a plurality of absorptive hot/cold blast fans, a control valve, a waste heat collecting pipe, a waste heat circulating pump(6), a cooling tower(8), and a controller(14). The hot water circulating pump compulsorily circulates low-temperature or middle-temperature water to a hot water distributor, the radiant heating coil and the absorptive hot/cold blast fan which are installed in each household. The radiant heating coil performs the radiant heating operation for each household in an apartment house or a complex residence using the compulsorily circulated hot water by the hot water circulating pump. The absorptive hot/cold blast fan is individually installed in each household and generates the hot water and the cold water using the hot water supplied by the above manner. The waste heat collecting pipe collects the waste heat for cooling discharged from the absorptive hot/cold blast fan through the water and supplies the collected waste heat to a waste heat recycling device. The waste heat circulating pump operates the cooling water of the absorptive hot/cold blast fan and compulsorily circulates the cooling water through the cooling water waste heat collecting pipe.
