PURPOSE: A water purifying device for a river storage using water power is provided to naturally purify water by increasing dissolved oxygen through the injection of oxygen and the generation of a water wave. CONSTITUTION: A pair of vertical frames are vertically installed on both sides of a base frame(11). A rotary shaft(21) is rotatably installed between both sides of the vertical frame. A weight plate is erected until water is filled in the inner bottom up to a high water level. The upper side of a water level tank(20) is opened. A flow supply pipe(30) is installed on the upper side of the water level tank with a space. The rotary shaft of the water level tank is attached to the eccentric position from the front center to the rear of the water level tank.
