A TRASH BOILER IMPROVED THE EFFICIENCY OF WASTE HEAT RECOVERY AND THE ABILITY OF MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT

PURPOSE: An incineration boiler of improved waste-heat recovery efficiency and maintenance is provided to increase a heat exchange time a heat exchange area between the high-temperature heat and cold water by a screw, thereby improving the waste-heat recovery efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A waste-heat supply tube(220) passes high-temperature heat and exhaust gas supplied from a combustion device(100). A waste-heat receiving chamber(230) receives temporarily the heat and the exhaust gas. A plurality of waste-heat returning pipes(240) passes through a water tank(210) to pass the heat and exhaust gas of the waste-heat receiving chamber. A foreign substance removing unit(250) is installed in the inside of the waste-heat returning pipes and is rotated in a screw mode. The foreign substance removing unit prevents the foreign substance of the exhaust gas from being adsorbed to the waste-heat returning pipes.
