PURPOSE: An on-board unit for an electronic toll collection system with a light emitting unit for leading a visual angle is provided to form an antenna of an on-board unit having optimum communication directivity by controlling a holding angle. CONSTITUTION: A housing of an on-board unit is held in one side of a dash board or a front glass of a vehicle by a holding unit. A light emitting unit for leading a visual angle leads a holding angle of the on-board unit held in the holding unit. An antenna of the on-board unit has communication directivity faced to a wireless transceiver of hi-pass system by the light emitting unit for leading the visual angle. The light emitting unit for leading the visual angle includes a light emitting device(210) and a body tube. The light emitting device is loaded in an inner side of a loading groove(201) of a concave shape formed in the housing of the on-board unit. The body tube is loaded in an outer side of the light emitting device.
