An ice extractor of a refrigerator is provided to increase the capacity of a freezing compartment by protruding an extracting guide from a front of the freezing compartment and to sanitarily clean an ice extractor by easily cleaning the extracting guide. A dispenser is installed in a freezing compartment door(52) inside to be connected with an ice maker making ice or a water storage tank storing water to extract ice or water. An extracting passage is communicated between the ice maker, the water storage tank, and the dispenser or between the dispenser and the freezing compartment door for guiding ice or water to be extracted. A valve element is installed on the extracting passage for opening and shutting the passage. An extracting guide(72) is protruded from a front of the freezing compartment door to be communicated with the extracting passage to extract ice or water.
