PURPOSE: An electric and non-electric transmission which can automatically move using the rotation power of a motor are provided to prevent lower power in a lower speed rotation by installing a reduction member at an output side. CONSTITUTION: An electric and non-electric transmission comprises an outer cover(27), a pivot axis(20S), a motor(M) and a first clutch(55). The pivot axis is included within the outer cover. The pivot axis is supported with a bearing. An input gear and an output gear are located at both ends of the pivot axis. A first supporter(21) and a second supporter(23) are located at one end of the pivot axis. A motor comprises a rotor(51), a stator(53) and a reduction member.
