Composition for injection including propofol and method of preparing the same

摘要

A novel injection composition containing propofol(2,6-disopropylphenol) is provided to maintain transparency and sterilize with high pressure vapor without the change of transparency and particle size. An injection composition comprises 1-2 %(w/v) of propofol, 188 of 6-15 % (w/v) of ploxamer 188, 0.2-1 % (w/v) of macrogol 15 hydroxystearate, and 0.0001%-0.001% (w/v) of edentate. The composition for injection is transparent microemulsion. The transparentmicroemulsion maintains transparency after sterilization of high pressure.
