The present invention relates to a socket connector for a 20-pin electronic device, to increase the binding force in the socket connector for a 20-pin electronic device, and to ensure that the binding of the plug connector is made stable and to prevent load deflection.;That is, in the socket connector for 20-pin electronic device, the present invention is provided with a lower plate extension fitting soldering bar and a side plate extension insertion soldering bar in the socket housing, and a lower plug pressing piece corresponding to the upper plug pressing piece.;Therefore, the present invention includes an insertion soldering bar inserted into the substrate at both the front and rear sides of the socket housing, and the insertion soldering bar is extended from the lower plate and the side plate, respectively, so that the binding force with the substrate is improved.
