FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of anastomoses between ureters and intestinal urinary reservoir. Detubularisation of intestinal autotransplant is carried out. After detubularisation contacting edges of intestinal loops are sewn together, forming intestinal site. To lateral sides of intestinal site, in places of flexures, edges of obliquely cut ureters are anastomosed with external seromascular interrupted sutures without creation of separate holes in intestinal wall.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent development of anastomosis strictures.;2 ex, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
