FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: two linear incisions are performed: in length 3-6 cm within acromioclavicular joint and in length 1-2 cm in a projection of coracoid process of scapula. The bone ducts are formed in parallel to a bone plane along the acromion inwards from the outside. A prosthesis is formed with a number of junctions to be fixed under the clavicle, within attachment of a capsule of the clavicle joint, over the acromioclavicular joint.;EFFECT: method enables active movements of the operated upper limb from second postoperative day.;3 dwg
