FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgical oncology. Magnetic resonance tomography and stereotaxic cryodestruction are performed. By tomograms spatial zones of neoplasm, adjacent to functionally essential brain structures are detected, their stereotaxic cryodestruction is carried out. The remaining part of neoplasm is removed by open method with access on track from cryoprobe and orientation by visual zones of cryodestruction.;EFFECT: method allows to increase safety of surgical intervention and treatment efficiency.;1 ex
