FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention is claimed as application of mRNA level of genes 1TGA9, HYAL1 and HYAL2 as markers for diagnostics of epidermoid lung cancer (ELC) and lung adenocarcinoma (LA). Decreased mRNA level of said genes in supposedly affected with cancer human tissue in comparison with its level in healthy tissue serves as diagnostic marker of non-small cell lung cancer.;EFFECT: invention allows to diagnose non-small cell lung cancer of LA and ELC type with high reliability, including the earliest clinical stage of tumour disease.;3 tbl, 7 ex, 1 dwg
