摘要
1. The hydrocracking process and recovery of hydrocarbons, which comprises reacting a petroleum fraction with a catalyst and hydrogen at hydrocracking conditions required, wherein the catalyst consists of a combination of metals that catalyze the hydrogenation and zeolite layer is crystallized onto the surface of a porous alumina-matrix, where the matrix layer is a zeolite with such a structure to provide macropores, which is formed on the walls of the zeolite layer, wherein said process also includes the recovery of oil fractions boiling at temperatures below about 200 ° C.;2. Process according to claim 1, wherein the metal which catalyzes the hydrogenation is selected from the group consisting of metals of Groups VA, VIA, and VIIIA of the Mendeleev periodic system of elements.;3. The process of claim 1 wherein the oil fraction - fraction is hydrotreated oil.;4. Process according to claim 1, where the matrix layer is incorporated with the zeolite with a binder to form a bound zeolite which zeolite bound shaped extrusion.;5. The process of claim 1, wherein the zeolite - Y is a zeolite.;6. The process of claim 1 wherein the porous matrix of alumina-shaped, eg by extrusion, and the zeolite formed in-situ in the matrix.;7. The process of claim 1 wherein the matrix layer with a porosity zeolite obtained by mercury porosimetry, of at least 0.07 cm3/ G for a pore diameter 600-20000 Å.;8. A hydrocracking catalyst which comprises a matrix formed by metals that catalyze the hydrogenation and zeolite layer is crystallized onto the surface of a porous alumina-matrix, where the matrix layer is a zeolite with a structure to provide macropores walls on which the zeolite layer is formed.;9. The catalyst of claim 8, wherein the zeolite formed in-situ in the alumina-matrix.;10. The catalyst of claim 8, wherein the catalyst is in the form of 1/16 to 1/8 inch extrudate.
