1. A method of obtaining a randomly bound polysaccharide containing as ingredients a saccharide, polyol and acid serving as a catalyst, which includes the steps of feeding the ingredients to the reactor to dehydrate the feed ingredients to form anhydrous, mainly syrup, and polycondensate anhydrous, mainly syrup, at elevated temperatures in the specified reactor with simultaneous removal of water generated during the reaction, characterized in that the reactor is a kneading-mixing device with rotating in opposite directions by blades, in which, at the feeding stage, the saccharide, polyol and acid serving as a catalyst are fed into the reactor simultaneously or sequentially, and in which at the stage of dehydration and polycondensation, free water and water generated during the reaction are removed from the indicated device as a result kneading-mixing processing of the supplied ingredients and the resulting anhydrous, mainly syrup, under reduced pressure in the reactor, and during the polycondensation anhydrous, mainly syrup, is continuously mixed vayut in said reactor until the desired degree of polymerization. ! 2.
