Kirschner's wires are passed in zone of healthy tissues along wound edges. In places of wire outcome on skin surface under wires cuff tapes are passed. Tapes are inserted into locks are tightened until necessary tissue tension. As wound closes up, dosed approaching of its edges by tightening of self-fixing plastic cuffs is carried out.;EFFECT: method ensures convenient, dosed, even approaching of edges of wounds of any configuration, with correction of its circumference length and complete adequacy of all layers of wound soft tissues.;3 dwg
