FIELD: biotechnologies.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of biotechnology, precisely to method for detection of minimum amounts of hepatitis A virus in water objects with the help of RT-PCR method. Method for detection of minimum amounts of hepatitis A virus in water objects with the help of RT-PCR method is carried out as follows. Titrated virus of hepatitis A is added to researched samples of water based on final dilution, containing below-threshold dose. Then in samples prepared by suggested method, RNA of HAV is defined by RT-PCR method. Parallel to test samples, control samples are investigated, which represent a suspension of HAV on distilled water, containing it in threshold - virus titre 10-5 and below-threshold - virus titre 10-6 - concentrations. Assessment of result is carried out by comparison of data generated in process of experiment and control.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve sensitivity of method of reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in detection of hepatitis A virus in water concentrations.;1 dwg, 3 ex
