FIELD: biotechnologies.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to field of environment protection. Method includes introduction of carbon-oxidising microorganisms with further periodic soil aeration with simultaneous introduction of feeding elements. In order to increase efficiency of soil purification from oil and oil products from microorganisms used is consortium of strains of oil-destructing microorganisms, possessing higher activity to heavy fractions of oil, consisting of microscopic fungus Cladosporium elegantulum Pidopliczko et Deniak IB-KF1, pseudomonads- P. putida (biovar A) IB-K1 and P. putida (biovar A) IB-K2, eight species of bacilla B. brevis IB-K3, IB-K17, B. circulans IB-K4, IB-K6, IB-K11, B. coagulans IB-K16, B. popilliae IB-K10, B. stearothermophilus IB-K19, as well as four cultures of rhodocooci: R. maris IB-K5, R. luteus IB-K7, R. maris IB-K20, R. mbropertmctus IB-K8.
