There are located semi-finished products in vertical mould with dimensions of manufactured bushing, matching to each other at first two semi-finished products for manufacturing of damping layer. There are laid into mould two semi-finished products for manufacturing of working layer, herewith docking interfaces of semi-finished products are located in mould crosswise relative to each other. Finishing hot pressing of bushing is implemented with application of compressing effort lengthwise the axis of manufactured bushing, additionally bushing during compressing is isolated under pressure during particular time.;EFFECT: increasing of bushing operation life, reduction of total linear wear in friction pair by contour-body of steel, providing of specified ultimate compression strength and impact elasticity at simultaneous keeping of steadiness to interleaving during operation.;2 cl, 3 ex
