FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for surgical treatment of cataract with implantation of intraocular lens by phacoemulsification method. After finishing of core phacoemulsification before introduction of bimanual irrigation-aspiration system for evacuation of crystal mass paracenteses are widened to 1.0-1.1 mm. In the end of operation intraocular eye lens is implanted.;EFFECT: method increases air tightness of eye-bulbe and reduces consumption of irrigative liquid, insuring total removal of crystal mass.;1 ex
