FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be applied in case of necessity of conjunctiva and sclera vessels coagulation during surgical operation. For this purpose in zone of supposed cut performed is coagulation of vessels by apparatus "Rakot" Nd: YAG laser with wave's length 1.44 mcm, with pulse repetition rate from 5 to 10 Hz, with energy in pulse form 50 to 200 mJ. Tip of laser irradiation source is placed in non-contact way in 1-2 mm from zone of exposure.;EFFECT: method allows to reduce possibility of intraoperational and post-operational bleedings eccurence considerably, as well as slow down formation of deep rough scarry union of Tenons capsule and conjunctiva with sclera.;2 cl, 2 ex
