AIR-AND-SCREEN CLEANER FOR FRACTIONATION AND CLEANING OF GRAIN MATERIAL FROM ADMIXTURES

FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to winnowing machines and is intended for use in agricultural production, agricultural sector, in flour milling-elevator and mixed fodder industry. Air-and-screen cleaner for fractionation and cleaning of grain material from admixtures consists of diametral fan, aspirating channels with feeding devices, settling chambers with devices for exhaust of admixtures, dust arrester and control gate valves, screen part, having upper and lower two-tier sieve boots with devices for sieves cleaning. In zone of end part of sieves there are trays fixed, which collect fractions of grain material from sieves. On trays of lower sieve of upper sieve boot and upper and lower sieves of lower sieve boot there are butterfly valves installed, which collect fractions of grain material when installed in "closed" position for final cleaning into the second aspirating channel. The second aspirating channel is arranged in the form of two sections with various depth of channel. Section of aspirating channel with larger depth is installed below section of channel with smaller depth, and on each section of the second channel there is device arranged for inlet of grain fractions into channel. In order to remove light admixtures from grain fractions by means of air stream, return of lower sieve of upper sieve boot is sent to section of channel with smaller depth, and return of lower sieve in lower sieve boot is sent into section of the second channel with larger depth.;EFFECT: improved efficiency of cleaning of grain fractions from light admixtures that arrive to the second channel.;2 cl, 2 dwg
