FIELD: railway transport.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisation of railway transport track facilities. Proposed device comprises fasteners that include wood sills to accommodate tier stacks and flexible braces to fasten said stacks to platform. Said fasteners represent a frame fitted on platform and fixed thereon. Said frame is furnished with said wood sills arranged in pairs to accommodate tier stacks and flexible variable-length braces to fix tier stacks. Fasteners are provided with pressure flutes to accommodate aforesaid braces made from round-link chains with turnbuckles for braces to be tensioned. Aforesaid frame has containers to accommodate braces and flutes and vertical ladders arranged on each side of the frame and symmetric about every pair of sills.;EFFECT: higher reliability of transportation, saving of expendables.;4 cl, 8 dwg
