FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device to monitor egg bearing. Monitoring consists in that, given availability of one of the following conditions, i.e. (a) egg dropped, (b) egg-shell not broken, or (c) yolk bag tampered, said condition is recorded automatically and deviance from standard is displayed for operator. Unbroken egg can be displayed as no-content condition in egg storage device, while presence of egg with tampered yolk bag displays as presence of yolk in egg white.;EFFECT: recording regular failures in breaking eggs at early stages.;26 cl, 7 dwg
