METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF LINGERING VIRAL HEPATITIS A IN CHILDREN WITH FOOD ALLERGY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for prediction of acute lingering viral hepatitis A (VHA) in children with food allergy (FA) during the sharp period of disease. Method consists that children with food allergy suffering from acute hepatitis A are examined for bilirubin and enzymes in blood with evaluating the morning content of cortisol in blood serum. If the cortisol value is 700 ng/ml and less, the lingering course is predicted.;EFFECT: application of the method allows improving accuracy of early prediction of the clinical course.;1 ex, 1 tbl
