FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics. Used are biomannequins of femoral bone with pertrochanteric and transcervical fractures of proximal part of thigh, obtained in experiment, in conditions of osteosynthesis with the following implants: dynamic femoral screw with long diaphyseal plate and trochlear battening plate, dynamic femoral screw with short diaphyseal plate and trochlear battening plate, dynamic femoral screw with short diaphyseal plate without trochlear battening plate, Gamma nail, reconstruction nail, cannulated screws. Each biomannequin is subjected to dosed axial compression at rate 5 mm per minute on dynamometre until complete system destruction. As control, samples with intact bone are taken, and interfragment stability is evaluated on fracture line in conditions of osteosynthesis with dynamic femoral screw with long diaphyseal plate and trochlear battening plate as constituting 51.8% of intact bone mechanical strength, in conditions of osteosynthesis with dynamic femoral screw with short diaphyseal plate and trochlear battening plate respectively as 48.7%, in conditions of osteosynthesis with reconstruction nail respectively as 41%, in conditions of osteosynthesis with Gamma nail respectively as 37.5%, in conditions of osteosynthesis with dynamic femoral screw with short diaphyseal plate without trochlear battening plate respectively as 27%, in conditions of osteosynthesis with cannuled screws respectively as 20.6%.;EFFECT: method ensures obtaining characteristics of resistance to axial loading of system implant-bone-implant with said implants in conditions of standard osteosynthesis in case of fractures of thigh proximal part.;3 dwg, 1 tbl
