METHOD OF PREDICTING COURSE OF POST-TRAUMATIC UVEITIS IN CASE OF PENETRATING INJURY OF EYEBALL

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic scanning of eyeball in various plane sections is carried out on third, fifth, seventh, eleventh day and one month after the injury. Prognosis of disease is made basing on value of thickening of internal membranes on affected and pair eyes in dynamics. In case if by one month after the injury thickness of internal membranes of injured eye is increasing, interocular difference of thickness constitutes 0.40 mm and more, coefficient of ratio of affected eye membrane thickness to pair one constitutes 1.5 and higher, complicated disease course is predicted, in case if thickness of affected eye membrane thickness tend to be normal, interocular difference of thickness is less than 0.4 mm and coefficient of membrane ratio is 1.45 and lower - uncomplicated course of disease is predicted.;EFFECT: method allows to evaluate quantitatively echographic signs, characteristic of inflammatory process in posterior eye section, by which it is possible to get idea of post-traumatic course of process.;3 tbl, 5 dwg, 3 ex
