METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF UNFAVORABLE COURSE OF CHRONIC POST-TRAUMATIC UVEITIS AFTER SINGLE PENETRATING SURGICAL INTERVENTION ON EYEBALL

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for prediction of unfavourable course of chronic posttraumatic uveitis (CPTU) after single penetrating surgical intervention on an eyeball. That is ensured by determining an absolute number of CD3 + CD4 + T-helpers, CD19 + B-lymphocytes and a relative amount of NK cells CD16 + CD56 + after single penetrating surgical intervention on an eyeball in peripheral blood. If absolute number of T-help CD3 + CD4 + is less than 0.69 × 10⁹ /l, and/or the absolute CD19 + B-lymphocyte count below 0.16 × 10⁹ /l, and/or relative number of NK-cells CD16 + CD56 + more than 21.6 %, unfavourable course is predicted.;EFFECT: method enables detecting an unfavourable prognosis in the patients with long-term clinical course of CPTU after a single surgical intervention, timely selection of pathogenically oriented therapy and higher clinical effectiveness.;1 cl, 7 ex, 1 tbl
