FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: device contains a cylindrical stepped pin and a fastening face of the stage in a larger diametre for attachment to the conductor, with a tip in the stage of a smaller diametre and made in stages transverse, cross-cutting, blocking holes for the location of locking screws at fixing the pin to the proximal and distal bone fragments. The pin is made detachable and consists of a body and a removable tip, which plays a part of a cork and is sealed with the body through threaded connection. The coaxial sequential cavity is made in the body. At the tip there is a hollow cavity communicated with the through body cavity for placement of microbicides. In the stage of a smaller diametre of pin furrows are made located on the outer surface of this stage, parallel to the pin axis. The flowing holes are made in the furrows passing through the wall of the stage of a smaller diametre at an angle of inclination of the axes of the openings to the pin axis toward the tip of no more than 75°, at that the holes are located around this stage on a screw line, with constant pitch between the axes of holes and hole diametre gradually decreasing to the tip. At the tip there are at least two evenly spaced flowing holes connected through the bottom of a hollow cavity and located with the slope of the axes of the openings to the pin axis at an angle of no more than 45°. A blocking stage hole of greater diametre is made oval, and one of the blocking screws is made with coaxial channel and two perpendicular flowing holes passing through the screw for additional submission of microbicide through the cannula. Flowing holes made in the specified screw are located in planes perpendicular to the screw axis and are equidistant from the pin axis at a distance not greater than 1/6 of the diametre of the through body cavity. The head of this blocking screw is made with a hexagonal cavity for the key for screw locking, and with a cavity with a carving for mounting the cannula to the screw. The body and tip surfaces are made with a silver coating.;EFFECT: invention allows recovery of patient's support ability at fractures of tubular bones complicated by infection, increase bone strength and reliability of osteosynthesis with simultaneous treatment, elimination of causative agents of infection, recovery of diseased tissue up to a full recovery, the simplicity of the device, reduction of terms of treatment.;2 cl, 5 dwg
