FIELD: weapons.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to launchers arranged in railway cars or on railway platforms. Proposed launcher comprises rigidly fixed beam with journals, boom pivoted to the latter, boom lifting mechanism and movable frame to support transport-launching container (TLC). Launcher is provided with one or two supports with plates pivoted to movable frame.
