FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical and the food industry. It involves water extraction in an electric pulse extraction chamber with hydromodulus 1:15 and shock action generated by voltage pulses of electric discharge of duration 1.2 mcs, with an edge 5 ne. Pulse number in a pulse train is 1600; amplitude is 20-24 kV. Extraction is three-fold, each for 8 minutes. The extracts are combined, concentrated at low pressure; the water-soluble polysaccharides are deposited with triple volume of 96% ethanol.
