FIELD: information technologies.;SUBSTANCE: delivery data on sender is received, corresponding to office of sender delivery, receiving postal item to be sent, including information on location of sender, date and time of scanning, which reflects date of scanning in office of sender's delivery. Processor of delivery detects whether scanning time happens before receiving operations are completed for scanned postal items in office of sender's delivery, and establishes start date and time on the basis of scanning time detection, and also delivery, identifies the first calculation date and time, when postal item is scanned on sending office of delivery and detects the second calculation date and time, when postal item will be scanned in receiving office of delivery. Afterwards processor of delivery calculates date of delivery on the basis of start date and time, the first calculation date and time and the second calculation date and time, and represents calculation date of initial data delivery to processor.;EFFECT: improved validity of data in process of postal items delivery.;52 cl, 6 dwg
