FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to immunology and allergology, and can be used in treating allergic diseases. That is ensured by preliminary recovery of self-lymphocytes from venous blood of the patient. Then self-lymphocyte suspension in physiologic saline is introduced subcutaneously in lateral surface of the humerus in dosages 0.1 to 1.0 ml with the concentration of self-lymphocytes 10⁵-10⁷ c/ml.
