FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology. To assess regeneration of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, morphological study is conducted. The initial stage of regeneration is determined in case of simultaneous presence in the periultserose area of fibroblasts with well-developed system of granular endoplasmic reticulum and mast cells with forming specific granules. The final stage of regeneration with formation of scar is determined at presence of reduction of the granular endoplasmic reticulum in fibroblasts and degranulation of mast cells.;EFFECT: method increases accuracy of assessment of regeneration of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.;3 ex
