Shut-off assembly of shut-off valve comprises rotary ball plug tightly fitted on opposed O-rings and coupled with manual drive. Said ball plug has through straight-way channel. Shut-off assembly represents a detachable body with straight-way channel with inlet communicated with inlet hole channel outlet and inlet communicated with outlet hole outlet channel. Rotary ball plug is fitted inside detachable body. In compliance with the first version, transition channel inlet accommodates ball plug threaded annular support.
