METHOD OF DETERMINING FRACTIONS OF BLOOD LIPOPROTEINS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method of separating into fractions of blood lipoproteins (LP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) by means of electrophoresis in agarose gel includes processing of patient's blood serum for 1 hour in darkness at 40°C with solution of sudan B dye, addition of agarose solution, introduction of heated to 55°C mixture into agarose gel hole with volume 4×20×10 mm, further fixation of electrophoregrams, their drying and densitometrying, 0.1 ml of 0.1% solution of triton X-100 being additionally added to 0.3 ml of patient's blood serum sample and incubated for 15 min at 20°C, mixture is mixed by shaking 120 times per one minute.;EFFECT: increase of sensitivity and accuracy of determining minor fractions of lipoproteins in agarose gel.;1 ex, 3 dwg
