FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: system for radio communication and transmitting video data during accident and recovery operations on railway transport, which has portable radio communication sets, mobile hand-sets and portable video camera sets, and in each control centre there are series-connected satellite communication system, local area network, mobile telephone station, railway automatic telephone station, whereby the portable radio communication set has a video signal receiver, series-connected satellite communication station and wireless communication base station, and each portable video camera set has series-connected video camera and video signal transmitter, characterised by that the portable radio communication set and control centres include an interface unit, a video signal conversion unit, a control unit, a video adapter and a monitor, whereby in the portable radio communication set the first, second and third inputs, output and lead of the video signal conversion unit are respectively connected to the output of the control unit, the output of the video signal receiver, the output of the video adapter, the input of the monitor and the first lead of the interface unit, wherein the second lead of the interface unit in the portable radio communication set is connected to the lead of the satellite communication station, and in each control centre the first input and second input, output and lead of the interface unit are respectively connected to the output of the control unit, the output of the video adapter, the input of the monitor and the first lead of the interface unit, and the second lead of the interface unit is connected to the lead of the local area network.;EFFECT: increased efficiency of accident recovery operations on railways, faster control.;1 dwg
